Notes: Started the day with a very chilly run - was in the mid 20's when I headed out - this is the morning view. As you can see streets are clear but I surprised myself and opted for the trail. Knee actually felt a lot less stressed so even though when it comes to runs, I'm a complete creature of habit and don't like to deviate much, getting off the pavement is probably a great idea. Had nice milk bath and big breakfast and then mostly relaxed the rest of the day watching football.
