Fuzzy Fiddler

On Friday night, the usual suspects were on their travels, up to the South Side of the town to see the annual Fiddle Festival at the Queens Hall. As usual we had a couple beers in the Cask II before heading into the late night session, 2 hours of varying styles of fiddle playing ending up in the early hours of Saturday with a combined group of two bands who played earlier ending up on stage with 3 fiddlers, 2 guitar players, 1 on flute, 1 on bagpipes and 1 on percussion, I think. It was anyway a fine noise they all made, enough to provide a spring in our steps as we walked home.
