The highway

The limestone (karst) formations are fascinating in Golden Bay. This is the highway from Pohara Beach through to Ligar Bay and Totoranui. Not easy concentrating on driving when the countryside is so fascinating.

If nothing else you have to appreciate that the road is dry under the arch.

We have limited connectivity at our accommodation so I’m sitting in another café blipping – a great excuse for another coffee.
