Spotted in the Harbour

First cloudy day I've had in Nelson so far, but not cold. I took my camera for a walk along the waterfront hoping for some action from the birds I saw working on the water, but no luck. So, after absorbing a nice cup of coffee at the Boatshed, I carried on looking for details and spotted this.
