'Queen Victoria Gardens'

A beautiful day today in contrast with yesterday's mess.

Very mild low 20's with a nice afternoon breeze.

I wandered down to Eureka Tower again at lunchtime to make use of the yearly pass I bought myself. This view is looking directly East with the Queen Victoria Gardens at the bottom, the Yarra River curving it's way through the suburbs and the Melbourne Sports Precint at the top. You can see the MCG, Rod Laver & Hisense Arenas and AAMI Park (the bubble stadium) on the right. The road that I am almost looking straight down over the River is Swan Street where my office is. Nice to have all of these parks and gardens to wander around at lunchtimes.
