Walking and trees

For one reason or another I haven't managed to join the walking group for the last nine weeks. But today I was fit and able and the weather was fine. Jacqueline, Fiona and I managed five miles over the hills around Uplyme, enjoying the beautiful scenery as we went. The trees were very late to be fully leaved this Spring and consequently are very late to lose their leaves this Autumn. Thought this was a rather splendid specimen !
