Crawling back to bed

The cold that we thought the wee man had shaken somehow found a second wind and has now mutated into a chesty cough too. In fact it kept the poor man up for the majority of the night, which in turn made Mummy and Daddy quite tired and grumpy today.

At 4am we reached for the Calpol, and by 4:10am the wee man finally settled for 'the night'. It's tough when he cries and you can't soothe him, especially so when he doesn't understand what's happening.

Hopefully he'll have a better night sleep tonight and we'll all wake up feeling refreshed and ready to enjoy the day.
