Vent

Saw this on my way out for a walk at lunchtime and the steam coming out of the vents caught my eye. Turns out, I only walked around the block in the end - bit too cold!

The tv cabinet is now in position (thank you, Paul) and is looking very good. The room is starting to feel a bit more homely. Funny how a small change can make all the difference.

At last, it's all beginning to settle down a bit at work and I had quite a good day today. I conducted my first appraisal with my new member of staff. I was rather nervous about it, but I needn't have been - I think it went ok.
