Faster than a speeding pedestrian

Decided this morning two things ,a haircut and to experiment with movement/shutter speeds.
In case nobody had noticed it was pe.. down so limited my time.
Decided to go for an easier challenge so went for 1/200,it starting raining more so I ended that experiment quickly.
