A blip for a rainy day....

This has been done before, notably by PaulineW but the creative juices are running dry.

Basically it is polarised light from the back of a CD lit by a strip of LED lights. I"ve added my bit by warping it to form a full semi-circle and then copying the layer and flipping it to create the full circle. Nothing special but at least it gives a splash of colour on a miserable day.
