Salmon then sushi

I very, very rarely work 9am-5pm, but today I had to today because I had an evening engagement with a fish.

In reality, I had signed up to a series of lectures at the Royal Society of Edinburgh on the fate of the dwindling atlantic salmon population. The lectures started at 6pm, and because Mr hazelh is struggling to walk, we had to leave the house in good time to reach the event.

The lectures were all really interesting. Afterwards Mr hazelh and I went out for a sushi supper, which included raw salmon - yum, yum.

Exercise today - just walking up to town and back.
