Survival Draught
Right now, the weather is pretty rough. A front passed today and the wind behind that front picked up considerably. Right now there is a steady 35 knot wind blowing and more is expected. The Balder can decrease their exposure surface to the wind by ballasting down. It's called survival draught. It sounds dramatically, but it is only to ride out any storm economically.
