A surprise present!

Jax is modeling mittens, a gift I received unexpectedly from my sister in law in Finland. Besides the mittens, there was an advent calendar, and it brought a lot of joy to my heart!
We are getting ready to celebrate Thanksgiving
(this Thursday), the grandkids have no school all week and I had a houseful today. Hectic and fun.
We devised a new game: Feather Hunt. I had gathered from some beach trip a handful of various size feathers ( 14, to be exact). We took turns hiding them around the yard, and then the others finding them.
