4 floors above my office

Some days at work are crazy. You know the kind where you are incapable of making full sentences at the end of the day. My sister and I decided to work out twice a day by climbing 4 flights of stairs to start with.

The problem is that I had to do it earlier with a patient who was afraid of the elevator. He was 3 and heard a song about an alligator in the elevator. He is traumatized for life.

i have about 10 extra lbs on me by no means overweight however.......I am so out of shape.

I can't wait for pie this week. It will give me stamina for Friday.
