Gerbera

For my daughter's 21st dinner I put some simple flower arrangements on the table - black noodle boxes with one large hot pink gerbera and some greenery. They looked pretty I thought.

Here are the two leftover flowers.

Wikipedia tells me the gerbera is the fifth most used cut flower in the world (after rose, carnation, chrysanthemum, and tulip). There's a bit of new knowledge for the day.
