The wait...

York station is usually so busy on a morning. I was planning on taking a photograph and just for a moment it all went still, a sort of pause, and I saw this couple - the only evidence of humanity on the whole North end of the station.

Then - a moment later the commuter train arrived from Leeds and the whole dance started again.
