Angler Fish

Walking round the Cobb, in Lyme Regis after a few hours gardening nearby, I came upon a fisherman's "catch" just having been unloaded from his boat and awaiting being lifted into the van.
What I saw was quite outstanding, a good sized Angler fish, or known in restaurants as "Monk fish".An awesome sight, that mouth would have fitted neatly around my size nine boot, and it looked nasty!, The fisherman told me it had some Sole inside it, so it had been feeding well.
Not my usual subject for a Blip, but I thought those who have never seen one of these beasts, might like to see it
