Tomorrow’s Tea
Our friends Nicola and Stewart came over for lunch today. I made a Left Over Curry Biryani using curry we’d had in the freezer since I made some for another meal a couple of weeks back and basmati and wild rice. I served this with starters from Morrison’s deli, pakoras, samosas, bhajis with mango chutney and garlic and coriander naans. For pudding Ann made a plum and apple crumble with marzipan, served with plain yogurt. This meal was washed down with Green King IPA and Jeremiah Weed Sour Mash Brew.
The picture shows the left overs, a veritable feast for me tomorrow! (Ann is off to Shaldon).
