Thought I'd make the most of day off number 2 by a trip to York !!

Ricky was putting up the christmas lights at Swanbridge today, which kind of got me thinking ... this time next month will be all done , so best get shopping ...

...... and I have got almost all of it done ... and within budget so far !! Wooooopdedoda !!

had a nice lunch interlude by a trip to Patisserie Valerie , where I first came accross their delicious almond croissants at Bury St Edmunds while working there in the days of Ladbrokes ...

this christmas is going to be VERY different to last christmas !! :-)
