Original Patrick Crouch Maquette

I'm housebound today - chest infection/virus - sneezing and coughing, headache etc.

This is a wee sculpture by Patrick Crouch which I bought a couple of years ago at an auction for the victims of the Haiti disaster. I'm not certain what it represents but to me it looks like two crippled or wounded men clinging to each other for support and reassurance.

I saw Patrick last night. In another context he told me that selling art was much more meaningful to him that getting a degree. In his words; "It's better than sex."
