leek transplants

today was mostly spent transplanting leeks and chatting. i am feeling a whole lot better about gardening this week, after not really getting a lot of it so far and doing really shit in a plant ident on friday, i managed to do ok in a practical assessment on monday and get lots right since, so am feeling more like a gardener this week for the first time :-) confidence is coming…slowly! george has lent me some of his books to aid me with my latest obsession of finding a way to get a visit to the garden of cosmic speculation….i will find a way…oh yes!! after attending a bat group meeting last night, i have decided i would like to become a bat volunteer…well it would seem rude not to living on a bat reserve and all! :-)
