Just the weather for it

Ah, a lovely log fire. What could be better on a dank, dark dog-end November day?

Except we don't have one. A log fire, that is.

I know! Next best thing is a video of a lovely log fire. This is the log fire we had in September on holiday in the Netherlands. Each night we luxuriated in this basic caveman urge of toasty warm log fires. So wonderful we made a video of it.

And here it is again today. On the telly! Hypnotic.

But no good for toasting muffins.
