Flying in circles

I hope they remember the point of their flight,
I often wonder how can it be right,
To keep on going when it all looks the same,
Is it just a part of some crazy game?

I told you there would be a quickie one day,
Please make a note as I have nothing else to say,
I suppose it makes a change from me being so wired,
For me to write this dreadful rhyme I feel so bloody tired.

Tomorrow will dawn bright and clear,
OK, not much chance this time of year,
However, for now I've done my bit,
I know it's awful but I don't give a ....
