My homemade chicken jerky!

I supervised the Mrs yesterday. Today I enjoyed some of the fruits of our labour - bloody delicious!

On a more disappointing note, when I overheard that Fricassee of Chicken and Pigeon with Haricot Vert was on the menu for supper I was really looking forward to it. But it turned out to be the scrapings off their plates from last night. I'll never trust that fricassee word again.
