Guitar lesson went very well tonight, beginning to get to grips with this whole pulse, rhythm and timing thing, you'd think it would come naturally (everybody can tap their foot...), but for me it was a long hard slog. I can now say that I'm beginning to "feel" the rhythm, even if I can't execute it properly, I now know when I'm doing it wrong, so that's a big step forward.
After the guitar lesson, I popped into to see my buddy Jim and lightened his clutter of 4 old N64 games that were due for donation to charity. games are:
goldeneye - classic, spent many hours on this
wipeout 64 - spent hours on this too (on PSone)
Fifa 98 - not much into football games (well I did love sensi, but nothing since)
Duke Nukem - played on the PC, doubt the N64 will have the porno theatre though!
These will get played here and it's another thing to keep the nieces and nephews (all 30 or so of them...) busy when they come over
The reason for Jim's clearout is his acquisition of the new nintendo wii - had a shot of some of the sports games - tennis, bowling and boxing, must admit I'm tempted, that boxing game is quite a workout!
Cheers Jimbo!
