Today has been much better than the last few weeks!

Today I have felt less lonely, isolated and upset than usual! I got through the day without wanting to run home!

I got most of my exam grades today-I'll receive all of them tomorrow.

I've been listening to a bit of Hillsong and it's helped me feel a bit more relaxed which is good.
