Misunderstanding

Sam was keen to repeat yesterday's cookery lesson at home tonight, as he felt yesterday's attempt hadn't turned out too well!

A ragu sauce for pasta - yum, no problem :-)

I helped him cook the other stuff and proudly watched him chop the onions, garlic and gently fry and taste and stir - that's my boy.....

Everything ready to serve...and he announces that his (beautifully cooked) ragu sauce is for next week's cookery lesson, when they will be making pasta bake! He was intending to freeze it!

So we all ate pasta with butter and cheese instead.

Humph!
