Yellow seat

Not much time to blip today but saw this on my way home at the train station. Rows of yellow seats to temporarily house those waiting for their trains, some of whom indulge in a beer or two judging by the discarded can holder on the floor. Is yellow really the most welcoming colour for a seat?'
