Cuts and bumps

A busy day ensuring that everything is sorted for the Saltaire Christmas Fair tomorrow. Two Christmas puddings steaming all day and my first ever batch of mince pies baked so feeling quite festive.

I had a phone call from school at lunch time to say that C had taken a tumble, that she was ok, just a bit of a cut to her nose and lip. They said I could pick her up but I thought she'd be better distracted at school. She was quite happy when I picked her up, and was excited to be going off to the hair dressers. Only her second visit as I usually trim it myself.

The sun was setting when we got home and the colours in the sky were gorgeous but C decided she wanted to be in the shot too.
