After a pretty intense few days it was good to have a less stressful day. I didn’t have to do too much thinking this morning as I went to a workshop to introduce changes to ISO9001 management systems standard.

Oh and in other news we’re getting a pay rise next year…..hurrah! After a few years of a pay freeze my bank manager won’t know what’s hit him! Oh and whisper it carefully but the jungle drums are beating about a bonus as well *faints*
