Ellen is a Christmas tree

No exciting photos today; spent pretty much the whole day in bed sick, missed three seminars and have done no work on my essay due in next week. As if I wasn't stressed enough! Turns out the 'squash method' didn't work - in the hope that super hydration would help, I went to Floorball circle last night for Chandru's birthday and downed three pints of blackcurrant squash. It didn't work. Feeling a bit better now, especially thanks to Rob bringing me Beecham's and making me soup :)

Spent a little bit of time in the kitchen, during which time Ellen emerged dressed for the German Christmas Global covered in fairy lights, tinsel and a Christmas hat. It was pretty amazing, the Christmas-ness definitely cheered me up. She's meant to be a Christmas tree in this photo, although she kind of looks like she's about to take off.
