Notes: Up early and ran thru carwash then on to DIA to pick up Mic. Back and started cooking. Big turkey, stuffing with apples, sausage and dried cranberries and this shows the 2 new dishes - mascarpone & pecan filled medjool dates (I called them creamy pecanoes) and brussel sprouts with parmesan sauce and toasted pumpkin seeds. All was quite tasty- we are very blessed.
