Horn of Plenty !

... a goat's horn filled with grain and flowers and fruit symbolizing prosperity.

This was the centerpiece on the Thanksgiving table. Dinner was simple but elegantly presented. The turkey and stuffing were perfection and we brought a special Irish mashed potato stuffing That I made from a recipe belonging to my sister in law's family. We enjoyed the day with very special friends.

Today was colder and somewhat windy, but not as blustery as I was expecting.
