Thanksgiving dinner

does NOT have to be turkey :) I'm not a big fan of turkey, so I opted for a frozen pizza for my Thanksgiving Day dinner. Tandy cooked herself a small turkey breast.

She will be eating turkey sandwiches for the next few days - and the cats LOVED the excess turkey :)

Back to salmon for me on Friday :) Yes folks - I DO eat salmon about 3 to 4x times each week. Heart healthy Omega 3's in action. Good stuff!

Perhaps some pasta and baby clams over the weekend?

A remote chance of a "light" dusting of low land snow on Sunday or Monday.
