Tricky Sky

Stepped out of my office today, in between clients, and caught a glimpse of the sun as it squeezed through a thin crack in the clouds. An older man in a leather jacket, smoking a cigarette, commented on the precious and fleeting moment of heat and light. "This sky is tricky," cautioned a white-haired woman, as she passed me in the crosswalk, and pointed to dark clouds on the horizon. We each soaked it up as best we could.
