Sunrise...

Alan had his 6 monthly appointment at the hospital this morning in connection with his colitis.

They are pleased with him as after being so ill at the start of this year with a massive flare up, he's now fully recovered , gained all the weight he lost and is now the heaviest he's ever been (still a skinnymalink though but healthy!)

He's a bloody little devil though as on the way there he was full of the joys of life but whilst actually being seen by the doctor he sat there all quiet and still, with the most pathetic , woe is me expression on his face so that the doctor started questioning his energy levels! I think he was going for a sick line for a week off school.

Naturally as soon as we were out of sight of the Doc he returned to his usual, cheery boisterous self.

Dropped him back at school then D and I went to a local cafe for lunch then home for David to bury himself in the study with work and me to the games room to continue wrapping pressies. Stopped at the mo as Tesco delivery due.

Hope to sit with my feet up later with a wee G&T and catch up with you all.
