Not your usual rugby pitch

Hmmm. Only one goal, sloping field and in the middle of nowhere! A dreary dull and frustrating day ... jumped into my car to go to the pannier market and nothing happened except panicked messages on the dashboard saying check roof, brakes failed, stop! Oh heck! (That was me not the car). Anyway, much later and much water under the bridge (and farmyard muck on the road and up the side of our house) at the garage's suggestion we charged the battery and hey presto. It lives to fight another day.
