Girlies Outing

After the busy-ness of the last few days, today was a longer, slower start with much sleeping in and late brekkies. Then suddenly it all happened. Old, dear friends Gail and Rick arrived and there was much catching up on lives, then Year of Happy unhappily had engine problems but happily on our doorstep so we were able to ply her with caramel latte whilst she sorted out car people! Hardly drawing a breath, Jen arrived to collect Becks and I to accompany her to Hebden Bridge where she had a singing lesson and Becks and I ate Mexican Bean Soup in the organic Cafe then toured some of the local, independent shops for secret Santa's and stocking fillers. After her lesson Jen rejoined us and we did another round of Hebden before returning home in time For Becks to head out to visit more old pals in Leeds.

So today's blip, taken before it fell completely dark in Hebden with the camera resting on its bag on a wall, is of the girlies on their outing!
