Balls

After breakfast SWMBO dragged persuaded me to take her and the kids through to the chocolate shop in Weegie land (there was no way I was driving into Edinburgh to go to the one there).

We had a walk round Hamley's toy shop too ............. dear God that place is expensive - £6 for a plastic slinky.
Needless to say we didn't buy anything, but the Cygnet had great fun playing with a remote control car.

I managed a wee bit of turning this afternoon - I have plans for doing something a bit more substantial than I did today.

Now I am going to sit and have a beer or two (Thanks for the tip JCat) - and maybe some rum soaked chocolate covered sultanas.
