Finsbury Park 10k

So today started early...off to Finsbury Park to run a 10k. This was my first experience of being soley a supporter at the start line with Mar but I'm sure soon enough I will be back in my running shoes....can't wait actually. Funny how once you can't do something, such as go for a run, seems very desirable all of a sudden.

Anyhow lovely event, sun shining so the runners here Katie, Papa paulo, Lizzie and Stewpot were all very very sweaty by finish line!
