Just getting started on the second of Peter May's Lewis trilogy. I have already bought the third book so am committed to it now.

The first book was compelling but I'm struggling with the start of this second book - the historical background is a bit grim and the parts of the present day story distressing but I do want to know what happens to the main characters.

I managed a couple of very short walks today but no camera and hardly any light to take a photo anyway so this is it. During my full first year of Blipfoto I managed a photo every day and sometimes it was something like this and always felt dissatisfied when I resorted to this type of shot. Since the year finished I have allowed myself to miss a day when I had no photos or no interesting ones but now in the dark days of November and December I may end up never posting anything.
