RNAF DC-10

Another Wings Over Prestwick shot today. This is a DC-10 air refuelling tanker of the Royal Netherlands Air Force. Allegedly up for sale in 2011 she has obviously managed to escape the Netherlands budget review as she is still flying in Air Force colours.

Funny thing is that the refuelling gear was not visible on the rear of the aircraft today. I wonder if it has been re-assigned to a different role.
