Purification ceremony for the vacuum

As I told you yesterday, Gita and I went shopping and bought a vacuum. She performed a purification ceremony this morning before it was used for the first time and the whole family were amazed at what was picked up from what they thought was a fairly clean carpet!
Sanja took me out on his motorbike to see some more rice harvesting - if you look at the photos go through the last ones of them winnowing quickly, it is like a dance.
