a brother and sister by the Seven Sisters

Lovely walk today aided and abetted by Alice. The sun was shining so we drove to Seaford Head we cheated slightly as I parked at the top rather than walk up. We walked down to Hope Gap then to see the Coastguard Cottages and the Seven Sisters. I wanted to walk further but as we had to pass the car at the centre of a figure of 8 walk, Grace refused so Alice waited with her while Storm and Emily came with me where I took their photo.

Stopped off at the pet shop and asked for advice regarding the hyperactivity after dinner and bought a small bag of the food she recommended. It's wheat, cereal and gluten free and she felt confident I'd notice a difference after phasing it in over the next week. I'll let you know how it goes.
