Parts and Pieces

He crafts objects of weaponry. He is thoughtful and safe and intelligent and would never in a million years allow harm to come to me. The level of protection that he provides is extraordinary.

It has nothing to do with his craft, though. These objects that he brings to life, finesses just so, they are a mere extension of what already exists.

I have never known this feeling of "safe" before. Ever.
