Low Tide

We drove to Mum in Laws today and it was pretty grey. As we drove the cloud started to clear and there wa a great mackerel sky being revealed. Sadly by the time we looked out to see what the clouds were doing and get out for a Blip there was heavy stom clouds coming over.

We dashed to the beach to grab a shop before it poured and as we left the house it was already spitting. We got out of the car and it was starting to be proper rain, so we abandoned any ideas of filters and tripod and set about getting a quick shot without setting foot on teh beach. Within 5 mins it stopped, so we spent a glorious hour mooching in seaweed and sand before heading home for a cuppa.

Days like this at the sea are what it's all about!

This was shot on the Sony with a Nikon 20mm lens using an adaptor and thus the exif data may be a bit dodgy!
