Suffering Today

Both physically and emotionally, Joshua loves his rugby and his Sunday ritual but he cannot play this week end.
He was in agony after training on Friday with back pain, I suspect it has bothered him for a while but he has soldiered on.
Doctors appointment and physio prescribed.
A very disappointed young man.
