The Real Deal

So this is what Thanksgiving is about. All the little moments, all the little get-togethers, all the laughter, the love, the things we're thankful for. The people who make us smile or keep us looking to the future. The ones who want to pause to be together, and be grateful together, and make each other laugh.

We didn't know the people at the next table, but even they got in on the fun, and were doing funny things to sneak into our photo session...and making each other laugh.

I miss the kids, now that they've gone, but, Lord willing, I know we'll see them again! And, for that, I'm thankful!!
