How do cowboys brush their hair?

A much happier boy today, due in a large part to a 2 hour nap. While mummy was skypeing the grandparents Wee B was off exploring and came back with daddy's cowboy hat (I had hidden my top hat). Perhaps he was inspired by Johnny Cash, his favourite musician, or perhaps John Wayne? More than likely it was just the last hat he could reach.

The hat was great fun, he had it on, off, back on but sideways, off ....... You get the idea.

When B was having a blast and then he found the hair brush. This caused a conundrum - he likes to brushes hair, but how could he do this and keep the hat on?

A variety of options were tried until it was decided that half on would work but it took a lot of pondering and looking out the windows to get there
