How not to listen

This took me far too long to sort out, and it's still not worked entirely how I wanted it to.
I got the idea during my second day of induction training, today it was manual handling. Cue 3 hours of being told how to pick things up, move, things, lift things, put things down, bend, sit, stand, and plan your manual handling, including risk assessing different scenarios like a 2.9kg box under a table.

I'm amazed I've got this far in my life without killing myself.
